Early morning pre-breakfast game drive at 6.30am, when you

Depart Amboseli in the morning and drive via Nairobi to
the floor of the Rift Valley with hot or picnic lunch en
route to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving for your afternoon

for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting
the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the
park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black
and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard,

After an early breakfast depart by morning shuttle bus to
Arusha arriving approx. 13:00 hrs. Drop off at Impala Hotel

Day 3: Arusha/Mandara Hut
Morning transfer from Arusha to Marangu Gate. After
registration clearance, your climb will commence at 1,720
meters to Mandara Hut (2,700 met ers) through the rain forest.
This will take about 3 hours. Dinner and overnight at Mandara

Day 4: Mandara Hut/Horombo Hut
After breakfast, you will gradually ascend via Maundi
Crater (upper route) to Horombo hut, at 3,720 meters. This
climb takes you through open moorland and forest and takes
about 4-5 hours. You will have dinner and overnight at Horombo

Day 5: Horombo Hut/Kibo Hut
After a good meal and rest, resume your climb. A bit
of the mountain peak can be seen while walking through the
alpine forest on the way to Kibo Hut, at 4,703 meters. Kibo
Hut, where you will have dinner and overnight, is reached

Day 6: Uhuru Peak/Horombo
You will be awakened just after midnight to being your
ascent to Uhuru peak (5,895 meters). This is a 5- hour walk.
You will then descend back to Kibo hut where waiting porters
will join you for your continued descend to Horombo Hut

Day 7: Marangu Gate/Arusha
After breakfast, a simple descent remains to reach the
Marangu Gate where you will be awarded your summit Certificate

Depart Samburu after breakfast and drive back to the lower
slopes of Mount Kenya - arriving Sweetwaters Tented Camp
in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the private sanctuary
(Sweetwaters Game Reserve), including a visit to the Chimpanzee
Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya. You will also
visit the Visitors Information Centre. Dinner and overnight
at the luxury tented camp (with an optional night game drive).

Day 5: Sweetwaters/Lake Nakuru
After breakfast drive down to the floor of the Rift Valley
- to Lake Nakuru National Park, making a brief stop at Nyahururu
Thomson Falls. Arrive Sarova Lion Hill Lodge in time for
lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the park.
Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there
are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake.
Also, many species of game can be found in the park including
the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhino,
waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and
many species of plains game. Dinner and overnight at the
lodge.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru/Naivasha
Another morning game drive in Nakuru, then depart for Naivasha,
arriving Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon
boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a walking safari at Crescent
Island, one of the few places in the world where one can
wander on foot amidst wild animals - there are no predators.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha/Maasai Mara
Depart after breakfast and drive further along the floor
of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving
Sarova Mara Tented Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game
drive as you get a feel of this vast game filled reserve.
Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 8 & 9: Maasai Mara
Spend two days in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game
sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting
the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant).
Game drives are flexible, with the option of going out with
picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you
can choose to have early morning and late afternoon game
drives. You will also have the option of visiting a local
Maasai village. All meals and overnight at Sarova Mara Tented
Camp.

Day 10: Maasai Mara/Nairobi/Out
Depart Maasai Mara after breakfast, driving back to Nairobi

1. Nairobi/Amboseli
Depart Wilson Airport by schedule flight to Amboseli at
07:30 hrs arriving at 08:15 hrs. On arrival, you will be
met and transferred to Amboseli Serena Lodge with game drive
en route. You will have another game drive after lunch.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2. Amboseli
Morning Tea/Coffee will be served before proceeding for
an early morning game drive. The majestic and breathtaking
Mount Kilimanjaro can be seen at this time. Return to lodge
for late breakfast. The rest of the morning will be at leisure.
After lunch, an afternoon game drive follows. In the evening
a bush Barbecue dinner with entertainment by traditional
Maasai dancers is the highlight of the day. Dinner and overnight

Day 3. Amboseli/Nairobi/Sweetwaters
Depart Amboseli in the morning by schedule flight at 0830hrs
arriving Nairobi at 0915. Proceed by road through Kikuyu
countryside to Sweetwaters Game Reserve, arriving Sweetwaters
Tented Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive, including
a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its
kind in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at the luxury tented
camp.

Day 4. Sweetwaters
Spend a full day at this private sanctuary with morning
and afternoon game drive, as well as visit to the Information
Centre within the reserve too. Other optional activates
include guided nature walks, camel riding and A NIGHT GAME
DRIVE. All meals and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
Overlooking a floodlit waterhole, the camp offers visitors
the opportunity to watch and photograph animals in their

Day 5: Sweetwaters/The Ark
Another morning game drive at Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary
if you like, then depart for the nearby Aberdare Country
Club arriving well in time for lunch. Afternoon transfer
to The Ark Lodge for overnight floodlit game viewing. Set
in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, this unique
game lodge overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick
which attracts a host of wildlife - elephant, rhino, leopard,
bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo or giant forest
